inbound call not appearing on agent interface

Hi everyone
i am using goautodial 3.0
i have configured carrier and inbound campaign. when agent log-in in the campaign, my soft phone ring and i can hear 'conf-onlyperson' message. but the inbound calls just ring in my soft phone and nothing appear on agent interface showing that agent is in live call. thanks for helping me

Good day! Please make sure your inbound number is routed to your ingroup.

many thanks Ryan, i have made it. now i can take calls from agent interface
