Long call are not getting recorded

Long call are not getting recorded and even while on a long call it get disconnected automatically help i am using GOAUTODIAL CE 3

Hi James,

Check the asterisk logs of your server when it gets disconnected. You can also coordinate with your Telco/VoIP provider for further investigation. Posting some logs could help us check on your concern.
