Video recording

Hi all;

Is there a video recording that can be used at the agent desktop and to be stored as file for each call? In other words to be integrated goautodial button (start and end call)?

Hi,

You can try to use opensource Desktop recorder and Xvidcap screen capture(http://xvidcap.sourceforge.net/) But this feature is not yet added on goautodial/vicidial you have to make a customization to make it integrate with Goautodial button.
