How to reset leads in GOautodial 3 and remove the DNC and NI numbers

How to reset leads in GOautodial 3 and remove the DNC and NI numbers.
I dont find any ways to remove these numbers please help me with that andd even the list is not getting downloaded

go to the modify id list...Reset Lead-Called-Status: select Y
click modify...
