Carrier and sip phones showing status UNREACHABLE in asterisk cli "SIP SHOW PEERS"

Hi,
I have tested a day ago and make a call but today "SIP SHOW PEERS" is showing status 'UNREACHABLE' and XLite phone is showing 'Account failed to enable'
"SIP SHOW REGISTRY" shows unregistered. I am able to make a call directly connecting to xlite phone to the carrier.

Is Internet Speed determinant factor for this issue. for GoAutodial Setup which port is essential to open.Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

Hi Archana,

You can try to verify that the firewall you are using allows traffic on ports: UDP/5060 & UDP/10000-30000.
