Hi Kumar,

I suggest that if you encounter issue/problem with regards to your cloud account kindly use the support page include in your navigation link at Left side of the page when you login. Just to inform you that in default direct dialing using softphone is disable how ever we can enable it for you just create a ticket request regarding this issue.
