No Data in Export Calls Report

Hi,
I am running two outbound campaign using GoAutoDial CE 3.0 .
After upgrading to goautodial-ce-config-3.0-1369368000 ,goautodial-ce-3.0-1377576000
I am not getting any data from Goautodial Reports & Analytics -> Export Call Report .
Downloaded CSV file shows only header data.
I have to download Export Calls Report from vicidial window , https://ip_address/vicidial/call_report_export.php .
Any help will be appreciated.

Hi,

Good day! Please make sure you have selected the correct campaign, date or date range when you export call reports.

Thanks for the reply.
we have tried all possible way from Goautodial interface . other reports(inbound,agnet .. etc) are fine.
only Export Call Report has no data .we are getting same report from vicidial interface(https://ip_address/vicidial/admin.php) .
