Manual dial works every time but the issue i have is predictive will work so my agents get calls but after about 30 mins it stops, i see the rate drop and then just says no calls being made when i have plenty of data and all agents logged in. the only way so far to get it going again is a reboot of the whole system and then i am back to square one.
does anyone have any ideas at all please.

Can you post a asterisk CLI logs. on time that the dialing stops?
