GOautodial Open Source Omni-channel Contact Center Suite

Hi!

When I try activate my survey and it asks me whether I want to use closed or open access surveys. If I choose closed it then gives me this error.

Failed Rename!

CREATE INDEX idx_lime_tokens_67446_efl ON lime_tokens_67446 ( email(120), firstname, lastname )
INDEX command denied to user 'goautodialu'@'localhost' for table 'lime_tokens_67446'

Both goautodialu users have all the priv checkboxes checked 'Y'

Any ideas?
