Porblem with a SIP account

Hello all,

I have a problem linking my sip phones account to goautodial.

I have installed goautodial, did updates, set static ip and right timezone, server_ip command...etc

I have bought 3 phones from OVH sip. and I cant seem to set them (I am also using eyebeam as a softphone).
First, I went to Carriers, added the SIP ovh info in authentication I put the username and password of my account that I bough the 3 sip phones with, I left the port untouched (I forwarded that port 5060 to server ip)
on phone setting I added the phones with their passwords provided by ovhsip accordingly. on agent I set agent 1 with phone1 (the password and loggin of agent1 phone is the same as the phone 1 sip account).

When i log in with agent1, I get the following error:
Sorry, your phone login and password are not active in this system, please try again.

Can anybody tell me what I am doing (or did) wrong, pretty please?

Hi Alexander,

Did you use the default extension provided on the GUI? Or you use different sip
account?

You need to use the defualt extension and phone credentials of Gaoutodial for you to be able to login
and sync with agent GUI and phone.

Hello thank you for the reply.

I am using a sip account that I bought from ovh.sip. I have entered my account password and log in (from OVH) in carrier. and sip phone account and password in phones. ( I acctually have 3 phones from them). But I cant seem to make it work.

hi,
are you using ovh.net ou ovh.fr, there problem with the new server.

Yes and I use ovh.fr, didnt know there was a problem. (thanks for the info)
