after 2- 3 calls there is no calls

hello,

i am facing new issue what i can see is that agents are getting 2 to 3 calls in the beginning when i start the dialer after that there is no calls when i looked at the real time view there i can see that calls are ringing and agents are on waiting then i went to the reports there i found that phone numbers are ringing for more 2 min 10 min and still ringing (connecting) ,
   is this problem can be solved , if solved please help

Hi Aanjan,

Can you post here the asterisk logs while you encounter the issue?
Is this happening everytime like when you reboot it will dial 2-3 time then no call at all.
or with specific time. Have you try to create sample leads(with valid numbers) and investigate if its the same behavior.
