new in autodial

my net add. is 10.20.30.1 mask 255.240.0.0 server has dhcp reserve in 10.20.31.6 but i can not upload to test users, i go inside web.... any idea? ? ? how to put work this server?

Hi,
Check your network settings and also don't forget to run update_server_ip everytime you change your IP address.
