2 calls gets connected simultenusly to a single agent

hi,

i have the latest version of GOAUTODIAL 3.0 and also have done yam update -y, but i am continuously observing two problems,

1. eye-beam soft phone is used along with the GOAUTODIAL, and the mic volume automatically gets reduces as the agents speak and the agent has to manually increase the mic volume so that the other person can hear what he is speaking. i was told to uncheck the AGC from the advanced settings,which i did then too the mic volume gets reduced automatically, even though the agc is unchecked.

2. And one more issue which i am facing is that all of a sudden , many agents complains that they get 2 calls simultaneously and they are able to speak to both the persons where as only one person details are visible on the screen. this issue gets repeated at lease 3 to 4 times a day per agent,
why is that more than 2 calls gets connected to an single agent at a given point of time all of a sudden. and how to rectify this,

please help me on the above issues ,

Hi George,

Good day! What is the load average of your server when you are experiencing the issue. What is the currently bandwidth consumption and what is the campaign dial method, dial level.
