Goautodial 3.0 bug callback

Guys

I recently install the goautodial 3.0 and I found out that when an agent place a call as a callback and whats to dial it right there they click pause he clicks on active callbacks the systems says that they must be on pause :( they have to log out and log back in again to the system and then it works, any update on that?

Hi,

Good day! May we know your server GOadmin version. We made some test and we haven't replicated your issue. Please do make sure that the pause button is greyed out before placing a call.
