login logout report

Hi,

Please can you tell me is there any report where i can find the agents login and logout report , also preferably breaks taken in between while using goautodial agent login portal.

Hi George,

Good day! If you are using GoAutodial version 3 you can view the said reports at "Reports & Analytics > Agent Time Detail".

Hi Ryan,
thanks for your response, i followed your instruction as directed, however i cant find the login time and logout time as required, please take a look at the attachment. or am i doing something wrong,

Hi George,

I do apologize for the confusion, You can view the agent login/logout time by navigating to "Telephony > Users > Click the green information button on the right side of the page > Click Agent Login/Logout time". Please see the screenshot for your reference.
