I dont Make Manual Calls

I installed and configured the system perfectly, but I can not make connections from a soffone by the registered provider, not even by the softfone web on the agent screen.

In the case of the web agent: the asterisk message dies here:

Executing [8309 default: 2] Monitor ("Local / 58600051 default-00000013; 1", "wav, 20190101-162507_88485832_12904133_agent002") in new stack
- Executing [8309 default: 3] Wait ("Local / 58600051 default-00000013; 1", "3600") in new stack

Hi,

Please post the entire asterisk logs while attempting a call.
