please help me to rename the recordings

Hello

please tell me how to add agent name and customer name along with the default name in the recordings of goautodial.

Hi George,

Good day! You can change the name of the recording in campaign advance settings "Campaign Rec Filename", help button(?) states that the allowed variables are CAMPAIGN CUSTPHONE FULLDATE TINYDATE EPOCH AGENT VENDORLEADCODE LEADID. The default is FULLDATE_AGENT and would look like this 20051020-103108_6666. Another example is CAMPAIGN_TINYDATE_CUSTPHONE which would look like this TESTCAMP_51020103108_3125551212. 50 char max. Please note that your campaign recordings is ONDEMAND or ALLCALLS.
