Transfer call and then what if the caller hangs up

Hello,

I have installed GoAutoDial - 3.0 on CentOS release 5.5 system from : http://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/64bit.

Asterisk 1.4.39.1-vici.go RPM by

My query is : The agent makes the outbound call to Customer. When the call gets answers, if the agent wants to transfer the call to Supervisor then we can do it by Clicking on Transfer Button. Now, what if the agent who has initiated the call hangs up the call ? Will the customer and the Supervisor be connected ? Also Will its conversation be recorded or not ? If yes then how can I accomplice this ? Please guide me.

Hi,

Good day! If the agent who has initiated the call hangs up the call will be disconnected, If the agent pressed the "leave 3 way" button to hangup the call will stay connected. Recordings will stop as soon as the agent disconnected, disposed or hangup the call.

Thank you for your reply.

I want the recording after the agent hangup the call. The call is still active with the other 2 persons. So, their recording is required.
Will you please guide me how to accomplish this ?

I have checked the above link and even posted my query over there.

I can do the 3-way transfer calling and I can also have 2 different recordings as well. These two recording I used to merge using one script. But my issue is when there is with auto outbound calling. For auto outbound calling, we use list of leads. And on first run of this list we can easily get the 3-way recording files. But when the list is churn again, the lead_id will be same for the call records. In this case, how to identify the 3-way call recording files ?
