Hi,

I have been using goautodial-ce-2.1-final , i have observed on the server screen that there are lots of insistences where i find massages like DEAD AGI, what does that mean , please let me know and also how to reduce or rectify the same,

one more request is that i wanted to set filter to the existing lead set which is running, please help me to create a filter where " SALES , NOT INTERESTED , DEAD NO " etc is eliminated from the lead-set and is available for dialling fresh. please help .
