Alt-Phone dial problem

Hi, just upgraded the 3.0 version recently, when i check the ALT PHONE DIAL chekbox and hangup the call don't show me the MAIN PHONE | ALT PHONE options.. i see in the agent.php and it should be appear in the "MainStatuSSpan"

For my campaign is very important the alt phone dialing

Any suggestions?
