Latency to reach the agents PC

Hi,
I have observed many times that there is high latency between the agents PC and the dialer when we type "SIP SHOW PEERS" in ASTERISK, below is the example, due to which there is lots of voice issue in the calls.

but when we try to ping the dialer from agents PC the time is -1ms, how to reduce the latency between the two......

Hi,

Good day! Based on the information you posted your phone extension have different latency, it could be from the workstation or network, kindly check the workstation, port or switch where it is connected.

Hi,
I have checked out the network, and also checked the ping response from both the end (dialer and agents PC) and all are less than 1ms, but when i check with SIP SHOW PEERS in ASTERISK i get high latency, infect I have checked using all the systems in the same switch, still the same.
