Hello;

VERSION: 2.4-309a, BUILD: 110430-1642, GoAutoDial CE 2.1, 2.6.18-238.9.1.el5.goPAE (SMP), Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz, Single Machine

From where I can get the agent calls that display the telephone number the inbound or outbound of the telephone numbers within a specific time?

I am able to do recording but not able to see the recorded files on the stats .. I modified the file: vicidial_recordings.conf and I gave a full permission for monitorDONE but even not able to see the files:

Alias /RECORDINGS /var/spool/asterisk/monitorDONE
Alias /recordings /var/spool/asterisk/monitorDONE
<Directory "/var/spool/asterisk/monitorDONE">
  1. Order Deny,Allow
    Order Allow,Deny

We highly recommend upgrading to the latest version GoAutoDial CE v3.0 RC1 (via reinstall). This has a dedicated recordings page where you can easily search and download your recorded conversations.

Hello;

If the agent placed the call directly from the Phone (not from the agent desktop), will it be possible to find the recording through this searching page?

you can try the below link and search for recording in goautodial.

note: i never tried this in goautodial, you may post back if you got success.
