Howto Order DIDTFN

Procedure of ordering DID (Direct Inward Dialing-Local Number)/ TFN (Toll Free Number)

1. Login as Admin and click "Support" found on the side menu.

2. Click "New Ticket" on the upper right side of your screen.

3. Fill up the necessary information and add a description of your request.

Note:
  • A penalty of $10 will be incurred if you cancel the DID within 6 months.
  • 2 consecutive months of non-payment will disconnect the DID and release it from your account.
  • Your account should have a minimum credit for your request to be granted.
  • Provisioning of the TFN/DID will take 24-48 hours to complete.

4. A message will appear showing that your ticket has been submitted successfully.
