Howto Consultative Dial

Howto Consultative Dial

1. Login as agent and Select Campaign the Campaign must be Inbound

2. Select Agent Direct and Other Ingroup that you are assign also check the box of BLENDED CALLING (outbound activated) -> Click Submit

For example Manual Dial

3. Live Call -> Click Transfer Button

4. Click AGENTS -> Select the agent that you will transfer the call.

5. After selecting Agent Check the CONSULTATIVE Box

6. Click PARK CUSTOMER DIAL

7. Click GRAB CALL BUTTON if the other Agent Receive your Transfer Call

8. If you want to transfer or leave the 3 way conversation then Click the LEAVE 3 WAY CALL BUTTON
