How to Change 3-way Caller ID to Customer Phone¶
1. Login to you admin portal navigate to Telephony and Campaigns on your side panel.
2. Select your Campaign and click campaign [Advance Settings]
3. Scroll your way down to 3-Way Outbound CallerID select Customer and click Save Settings once done. 3-Way Outbound CallerID is set to Campaign by default.
