HowTo Download Recording on the New Version

1. Go to your Admin Portal and click Lead Search and Recording on the side menu.

2. Pop-up screen will appear and fill up the required fields such as phone number and date range then click Search.

3. Date Range option must be clicked to locate the recording.
i.e.: From Nov. 1 to Nov. 30

4. Search result will show all calls made from the specific number then click Download.

5. Choose whether to save or open the file/recording then click Okay.
