Hosted Howto Get a DID TFN Number

How to get a TFN/DID number.

1. Login to your portal as an administrator and select SUPPORT on the side panel located to the left.

2. Click on NEW TICKET on the upper right hand corner of the webpage and enter the requested details.

3. Click on CREATE when done. A popup screen will show saying "New Ticket Submitted". A ticket will automatically be created on the system informing the GoAutodial team about your request for a new TFN/DID number.

4. You can track the progress of your ticket by simply clicking on SUPPORT on the left side panel.

5. Submitted tickets are tracked real-time. Give the Goautodial team 24 hours to provision the requested TFN/DID number.
