closedgoautodial 4 is not connecting with zoiper5

Description
Hi , I have followed https://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/HOWTO_Enable_Softphones .
Everything is working fine except SIP .
When I Click Login to dialer (webrtc enabled) I get Cannon connect to wss://ip websocket error in browser console .
When I Click Login to dialer (webrtc disabled) I get SIP extension not connected error .
And I'm also getting a 408 error in zoiper 5 account registration interface .
Please help .
