I try to use call note but I down't know where it is to set it work.

Hi,

You can set it on your campaign advance settings using the ViCidial admin. "Call Notes Per Call". Also, This issue/bug tracker is meant for bugs, feature request and issues related to the GOautodial CE ISO, system installation and the GOautodial applications (GOadmin, GOreports and GOagent).
