Sip Phone is not getting registered with Server

Hi,

I have successfully installed and configured GoAutoDial 4. When I try to register x-lite with the server, it gets registered using the following setting.
username:- 1234567
password:- *
Auth username:- 1234567
Domain:- mygoaudial server ip (192.168.0.*)
no tick to register with domain and selecting either domain or target domain.

But when I check the register with domain I get error 401: Unauthorised.

Please help me.

Also while registered with above-given settings, while agent login when I click on Login to Dialer I get Registration failed Authentication error.

I am new to goautodial system, Yet I managed to install and configured it. It took me nearly 3 days to do everything and now I am stuck here. Please help.

Hi Milan,
I think it would be easier for you to use internal WebRTC phone given in goautodial 4 instead of other softphone. It is very easy to use and no configuration is required.
