Can not login to GoAutoDial web page

Description
Hi,
I installed .ISO image for GoAutoDial V4 few days back, configured the network settings properly and can ping my machine from the VM but; whenever I try to hit the URL for main login page is it throws below message.
This site can’t be reached192.168.1.10 refused to connect.
There is an error message shows as well in /var/spool/mail/root
dbi connect asterisk:localhost 3306
Please advise

I have installed V4 Final-20191010-0150 and tried to login by using default id Login : goadmin Password : G0autodial2018
But I can't login there showing "Invalid login or password"
Pre-release version works normaly
Can u help me?
