Dashboard - Sale (Custom Disposition)

Description
Hi,
Please check this issue. Custom Disposition marked as Sale is not being displayed/counted on the Dashboard Sales Column.
I created 3 types of custom dispositions. Made 5 calls and tag them as 2 calls for S1a, 1 for S1b, 1 for S1c, and SALE (Default Sale Dispo)
Only the call which tag as default SALE is being counted on the dashboard
S1a = Selectable, Human Answered, Customer Contact, Sale
S1b = Selectable, Human Answered, Sale
S1c = Selectable, Customer Contact, Sale

Fixed missing conditions in API code for SALES campaign statuses in Sales tabs.
Additional Fix: Fixed missing POST requirement for Outbound Sales per Hour.
Ready for testing in dev site.
