Alex,

Same result parin bumabalik sa dashboard. and meron nawala sa call reports natin yung Agent Performance Details.

Can you please check this. if you download the reports with customfield the fields are blank. it seems its not capturing the data that we've input on the customfields

Found the error causing the disapperance of custom field reports

Hi Alex,

Based on my test the export reports are almost done. there are some missing on the "RADIO TYPE Custom field" it only captures the first call. the other calls are blank.

Hi Alex,

additional issue on our export call report. the statuses are missing and if you select one status then download the export call report all the statuses will be still downloaded.

Not working po. Dapat po sa statuses makakapili ka ng Dispo/Status. You should see similar to the screenshot below.

Made some updates on the API to display all disposition statuses. Please test to see if it's okay now. Update is already available in git.

Hi Alex,

I was able to select the status. However, it wasn't tally with Export Call Reports. Date Range April 1-26. Example sa Goauto test camp. Status DROP has 693 counts but on Export Call Reports it only has 48. Same with other statuses.
