hi,

can any one plz help me out how to park inbound call

through ip , provider just provided me ip (xx.119.xxx.54) and said you can receive calls now.

plz plz someone help me out its urgent

Configure Carrier with this IP and then add routing for your DID.
Once you start receiving the incoming calls then you can park it.
