Agent Login Campaign list

Description
Hi,
Need help, when i open agent portal login page, there is not campaign list appears, i also tried to refresh the campaign list by clicking on the "Refresh Campaign List", An error appears in the list box.
what could be the solution to resolve the issue.

Try retyping/checking the credentials that you are using on the login page.
