Description
Hi,
I have installed goautodial CE 2.1 On an IBM XEON server with 8 gb ram. the said feature is working properly with a little adjustment in extensions.conf file(adding ring_all function). The problem is to make manual calls from a phone that has on hook set to Y .
From what I read in the forums of vicidial(by mflorel), I should see a 'ring' link on top of my agent GUI, to bring that phone (with on hook=Y) back into session to make manual calls.
Secondly its suggested by Mflorel that SVN trunk should be updated to the latest version but on the contrary Grado suggested that by upgrading to latest SVN some features might stop working.
So please suggest wether its a bug or just a little adjustment in the settings because I am totally confussed.
