Good morning ,
i installed goautodial i create the carrieres and the campagns but when i log it says "There is a time synchronization problem with your system, please tell your system administrator" , i changed the time and date on my system but it still the same problem .

Hi Farouk,

Did you change the IP Address of your dialer? If yes try running update_server_ip on the CLI of your server and reboot the server.

Please use the forum for concerns or problem on you dialer. Issue tracker exclusively for bug and possible feature of our dialer.

SOLVED - "There is a time synchronization problem with your system, please tell your system administrator"

Hello,

To solve this problem you have to match your server bios time and your system time with goautodial dialer.

1 - Check date and time on your dialer's admin page if its same as current local time check servers bios time.

2 - To Change Dialer Date enter command system-config-date and select your timezone from the menu and adjust time and date accordingly.

3 - Restart the server after time update.

4 - Check time on every agents computer it should be same as time on your dialer, if you implement this your time synchronization problem will be solved and wont face it again.

i run all that i still have the same problem this is driving me crazy i changed the ip adresse of the server at 1st into 192.168.1.63 and i changed it in the server and the conferances , everything seem to be working well also my asterisk work nice that i can make calls directly from my soft fone through go auto dial but when i log with the agent it the same problem plz help im really in need to solve this problem .
