Description

I have installed latest goautodial iso and update the server , eveery goes fine but i was not able to record any call,As i have seen in previouse version , under DID i could see the recording option which is available , in latest version option is removed ,
please help me with issue.

To record , you must go to the settings of the desired campaign and mark the next field to on(print).
To get the recording go to: " Telephony >> List >> Lead Search"
