hi support,
can you help me out regarding with the survey press 1 campaign. my survey press 1 campaign setup is the dialer makes outgoing calls when the call got picked up a recording plays "if your interested press 1" "if not press 2" etc.... so when the called person press 1 it will be routed to the available agent with in the same campaign and if press 2 the call is ended.
my problem is when the called person press 1 the calls is being drop or hangup. (the recording format is correct because both recording plays) could you check my cli see attach file.
my dial plan entry (did not change)
exten => _1435698346.,1,AGI
exten => _1435698346.,2,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN:10}@RubixTelecom,,tTo)
exten => _1435698346.,3,Hangup
