Downloading lists of a certain size results in 505

Description
Using a fresh install of GoAdmin ® 3.3-1406088000 , we can download the lists at around 5k records but once in the 10s of thousands of records, the download link results in a blank page with a 505 Internal Server error (shown in browser debug only). This is not a php.ini issue as the vicidial download link works fine (https://IP/vicidial/list_download.php?list_id=1000)

The proble in in php.ini, set in the php.ini memory_limit = 512M and evrithink ok.
