if dialing manually ,it is telling the error "that is not a valid extension' and there is no calls are comming . Droping percentage also showing 0. please help as early as possible.

We no longer support GoAutodial version 2.X. We do recommend you upgrade the to the latest version. Get the latest GOautodial admin tools - GOadmin. Lots of bugfixes and new features. Here's the HOWTO: http://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/GOautodialCE33. Also, This issue/bug tracker is meant for bugs, feature request and issues related to the GOautodial CE ISO, system installation and the GOautodial applications (GOadmin, GOreports and GOagent).
