Hi Guys,
I've built a crm for my office. how can i integrate the crm with goauotdial. I dont want to make changes to goautodial, but I would like to add features on the agent and management side. I had a look at vtiger, but it wont work for us.
Is this possible?

Hi Attie,

If you're planning to integrate the CRM you've created, try to know more about the database structure first. If you're familiar with CodeIgniter framework, you can easily modify/add features on your GOadmin portal. And as for the Agent side, you can view the source code from this file: /var/www/html/agent/agent.php.
