since I go the new 3.3 is moved to use the Vicidial agent performance datail. see picture. how can man the improve again?

Hi Florian Brandt,

Are you referring on how to view the agent performance detail on the new version of GOautodial CE 3.3? If that's the case, when you logged in on the GOadmin portal, you can see a floating menu on the left side of your screen. Hover on the menu Reports > Reports & Analytics and once you're on that page, there is a dropdown menu just below the page header Reports & Analytics. Click on the Agent Performance Detail from the first dropdown menu and select the campaign you want to view on the second dropdown menu. Kindly reply to this post if you still have any problems generating the reports you needed.
