Bonjour,
je travaille actuellement sur un projet de mise en place d'un centre d'appels Open Source. Notre choix s'est porté sur GoAutoDial.
L'installation s'est bien déroulée. Cependant, nous rencontrons cette erreur : Sorry, your phone login and password are not active in this system, please try again, quand nous voulons nous connectés à la plateforme des agents.
Ainsi, nous souhaiterons une aide pour résoudre le problème.

this problem encored with your new phone dial no. right??
open your Admin page.... go to the Admin setting - phone click on the same extn. no.
and edit Outbound CallerID:0000000000 and Agent Screen Login: "same extn. no."
