Autodial will only connect one call to agent then hangsup the conference.
I have one agent that when he gets connected to a outbound autodial call and when he does the after call detail, the conference hangs up the call and has to re login all over again to only connect once and start the whole process again. I have searched google and the forums here to no avail. Any help is appreciated.
Is your agent heard the voice prompt upon logging in? Please provide us the asterisk CLI log when your agent is logging in.
