Server Requirements

I need to buy a new server which can handle 100+ agents. Is it possible to have just a single server for this number, or necessarily i have to go clustering (multi-server)? If i can use just a single one, can anyone tell me about the requirements?

It's recommended to go with a multi-server cluster when doing 100+ agents. For starters, a dedicated database and web server with 2 dialers is good. Usually dual quad core Xeons with at 8 GB of RAM and running on SSDs are ideal.

This is a general setup for 100+ seats. Though there are many variations depending on your dialing requirements (dial level ratio, trunks being used and codec if SIP and etc).
