Manual dialing works fine but outband Autodial not working properly

We have installed the latest version of Goautodial.

The problem is when the agent is on a Autodial mode, no calls are made.

The strange thing is that the lead is actually dialed but the call always ends after 4 seconds. And it doesn't show 'Live Call' on the agent screen.

This problem doesn't occur with Manual dial.

I actually found the solution to the problem :)

It had something to do with our router's firewall and configuration.

I made adjustments to sip.con file and we call make calls just fine now.

Could you please help me what adjustments you made in sip.conf to work.

I have the same issue. Able to make manual calls but not able to make auto dial.

hello i have a goautodial 3.3 . i have the same issuse. . when i make a manual calling . its work. . bad in autodial
its not work. . in mi route i have this setting open port 10000 - 60000. .udp. .

Could you please help me what adjustments you made in sip.conf to work.
