Inbound - First agent pick up?

I want to know is there a way to setup inbound campaign were all live agent phones ring and the first agent
that picks up the phone gets the call and the there screen populates with the information? I have set this up on Vicidial
but this is my first time using goautodial so I am unsure of its limitations.

Server Info:

Kernel Version 2.6.18-371.11.1.el5 (SMP)
Distro Name GoAutoDial CE 3.3
Processors 8
Model AMD FX-8350 Eight-Core Processor
CPU Speed 1.4 GHz
RAM 16gbs

if you are not familiar with goautodial gui, still you can use the vicidial gui for config
type http://ip/vicidial/welcome.php
