Where to browse the recorded files and rating it to evaluate the agent
Where I can browse the recorded files and how I can evaluate it? Will this evaluation be part of the agent reports? How?

If you are using linux the recordings are kept in /var/spool/asterisk/monitorDONE/MP3/ folder on the dialer.For windows you can use a software like WinSCP to browse the files on the folder.
Reports are available on the Admin portal. Just go to VICIDIAL ADMIN>Reports.
