i enabled routes for italy,but the phone still close the call immediately after the dial,what can i try?please help me. Giovanni De Pasquale

i'm no able to make calls even in manual dial mode.
here is my dial plan
exten => _xxxxxxxxxx.,1... Giovanni De Pasquale
